‘Under The Influence (2009)’ Press

Party performance set in a replica of a small apartment. The audience was seated on chairs along the walls and witnessed a rambunctuous rave, concentrated in time, by 15 performers going berserk on deafening hardcore beats. Afterwards they were taken outside in small groups, each by one performer, and got told intimate stories about their lives and the reasons why they would seek to lose their minds in nightlife. We felt there was more to the idea, but the uncompromising energy of the show was a wake-up call for many viewers.
